To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Once you have determined that your item is eligible for return, it's time to prepare your return package. Here's what you need to do:

  • Print and fill out the [PL] return form [ENG] return form, which must be included in your return package. This form helps us process your return more efficiently and ensures that you receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Returns that do not meet these criteria or are without the completed return form may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return package back to us. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that provides tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your return and ensure its safe arrival. InPost or DHL are more then welcome.
