HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN LOYALTY PROGRAM?
As soon as you’ve registered an account, you start with Bronze rank and you can start earning points.
WHAT ARE POINTS AND WHAT CAN I GET FOR THEM?
You can use points as virtual currency to redeem discounts. You can find out how in My Points section on My Account page. Accumulating points allows you to reach higher tiers and unlock greater rewards.
IF I SPEND MY POINTS, WILL I DROP DOWN TO A LOWER TIER?
No, ranks are based on how many points you earned in Loyalty Program. Spending them will not affect the amount of points you have earned.
CAN I CANCEL MY REWARDS IF I DECIDE NOT USE OR REDEEM ACCIDENTALLY?
Unfortunately not. Generated discount codes will be visible in your profile for a period of 12 months.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, the points you can spend expire after 12 months, however, this does not affect the numer of points collected since joining the loyalty program, therefore your rank will not change.
